Being human is both wondrous and challenging. At times, many of us feel inadequate, lost, anxious, or depressed— something inside us to yearn for more.
It takes courage to slow down and listen to that voice. To turn toward what feels uncomfortable or painful, and begin to understand it rather than push it away. I believe that with the right support, what feels most difficult can become a gateway to a life that is more purposeful, meaningful, integrated, and at peace.
In my office, I create a warm, engaged space where clients can deepen self-awareness, heal old wounds, and begin to see—and shift—patterns that may no longer be serving them.
My approach is integrative. I’m trained in psychodynamic, family systems, and cognitive behavioral therapies, and I draw from these modalities based on each client’s needs.
